Clinical Supervisor- SIGN ON BONUS!!!
Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. seeks a full-time Master's level Clinical Supervisor for our residential group home! $3,000 bonus is included for this position! The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible to develop, maintain, monitor and supervise the clinical staff and service delivery of clinical services within the assigned group home. Duties include to review and approve key materials such as case documentation and incident reports to ensure all are in compliance with contracting regulations and State and Federal regulations. This individual must attend and participate in all relevant treatment and programmatic meetings, trainings as needed or assigned, and team meetings. Transportation of clients in personal vehicle is required. This position provides after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
To be qualified, candidates must possess the following:
- Master’s Degree
- LICSW, LHMC or other clinical license
- 1 year prior supervisor experience
- 5 years prior clinical experience
- Familiarity with trauma informed care
- Must provide verification of adequate personal auto insurance on the vehicle(s) to must be used, including, at minimum, Optional Bodily Injury to Others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and Damage to Someone Else's Property (part 4) limits of at least $100,000. *This must be brought to the interview.
*Sign-on bonus for independently licensed clinicians (LICSW or LMHC) - Bonus of $3,000.00! $1,500.00 paid on the 1st paydate following hire date and $1,500.00 after successful completion of a 6 month probation period.
*For clinicians not independently licensed – Bonus of $1,000.00! $500.00 paid on 1st paydate following hire date & $500.00 after successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
