Relief Residential Counselors
Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. is seeking Relief Residential Counselors to work in our Springfield and West Springfield adolescent and latency age group homes. Responsibilities includes implementing treatment plans, leading/modeling activities of daily living and supporting the treatment philosophy of the program.
Requirements include a valid driver’s license with approved driving record, CORI, and DCF background checks. Also required is a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with experience in the field. MAP certification and bilingual preferred. Knowledge of trauma informed care helpful.
